The house is located in the countryside. It is a renovated house in an old agricultural building with charm. In the middle of the fields and vineyards, you will spend a quiet stay, the singing of birds all day, frogs in the evening in summer. 5 minutes from the village with essential shops. If you are traveling by bike along the "Vélodyssée" or a "Loire à Vélo" circuit, a bike room has been specially fitted out in the house. By car, you can park almost at the door!

In a 20 m2 accommodation, we offer a bedroom (mezzanine bed) with bathroom and kitchenette. Our house is on the banks of the Loire with quick access to a pedestrian path. Close to Mauves train station (4 km), 15 minutes by car from the Southeast of Nantes. There is no parking in front of the house but possibility for a car 50 m away and in the adjoining streets for a larger vehicle. The street is very transient and requires vigilance when walking.

The Outbuilding

We will be delighted to host you in our former 22 m2 wine press, renovated in 2018. With a nice covered terrace. you will have an equipped kitchen area, a retractable bed in the living room, a shower room. We are on a landscaped area of 2400 m2, a stone's throw from the village of our municipality of Champtoceaux (all shops within walking distance, outdoor swimming pool in July and August in the town center).
