You will stay in one of the oldest buildings in the village, in a completely renovated place that has retained its character. Due to the pandemic, please note that the apartment is cleaned by us between each reservation, according to the new protocol dictated by Airbnb and mandatory. The linen is washed at 60°C minimum! Located on the banks of the Loire a few kilometers from Nantes, Escale 175 welcomes you in a warm and elegant atmosphere. Facing the Île de la Pierre Percée, enjoy the green spaces, playgrounds and picnic areas, Ginguette... but also restaurants located just around the corner. If you are traveling by bike along the "Vélodyssée" or a "Loire à Vélo" circuit, a bike room has been specially fitted out in the house. By car, you can park almost at the door!

La Maison Bonheur is located on the classified banks of the Loire where the view is breathtaking. ideally located 5 km from the city of Ancenis, between Angers and Nantes. It has just been completely renovated by an architect and an interior designer who have created a real ultra-equipped cocoon for us. Two magnificent terraces: one on the Loire and the other on the countryside that is lost on the horizon. The local walks are exceptional.

The house, designed around the pool, consists of a spacious living room, 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, spread over 2 separate spaces.

This beautiful apartment is a 5-minute walk from the center of Ancenis and the banks of the Loire. Free parking is in front of the small building. Great place to put your bags down for an internship or training. Everything is provided (bed linen, towels).
