Holiday rentals with a home cinema in Osaka

An excellent home base. Super friendly locals. Easy transport options. Tengachaya Station is 8 mins walk away, access to all major stations and KIX Airport. Kishinosato Subway station is on the corner opposite the apartment. Easy access to Osaka city centre and all major train/Subway stations. Tamada supermarket is right under the apartment and another 2 supermarkets are located at Tengachays Station. Lots of local restaurants/ eateries and the usual KFC and Mac D are also available. Amazing Ramen restaurant locally - Kairikya Kishinosato, en route to Tengachaya Station just before the overpass. Good food done well. This is an excellent option to get a feel of the real Japan.

We had a good stay over 4 nights. We came as a party of 2. Tadashi is friendly, responsive and proactive. The location It’s a couple of minutes away from Kuromon Market. 15 minutes walk along the main road to Namba Station (Namba Station has a direct line to and fro Kansai airport). Namba station also has a large mall connected to it, with many restaurants and shop options. Tadashi gave clear instructions on how to locate the apartment. We had no issues finding the apartment or getting in. It is located in a quiet residential area with low foot traffic, but we were reassured of the area’s safety when we saw the occasion children playing on the streets, women walking by themselves and locals walking their dogs in early morning and at dusk. Facilities The room is clean with a kitchen. Washer/dryer available, with Clothes pegs, hangers, and other amenities (washing detergent, dishwashing soap, new sponges). It’s more than enough space for 2 pax.

Si vous venez sur Osaka je vous recommande fortement ce logement. Propre, calme et à proximité de tous les lieux clés d’un séjour à Osaka proche également du métro. Tout est possible à pied de nombreux restaurants à proximité tout en étant dans un environnement calme et propre. Merci aux hôtes qui sont d’une réactivité incroyable et très gentils et serviables. Si je devais revenir à Osaka je choisirai ce logement à 100%. Arigatō

It's good place for stay over 2 nights continuously.

The location is good, easy to go to the train station. There is a storage area for us to keep our luggage before check in which is convenient and useful for us. The room is spacious and clean, well equipped and matches the description and photos on Airbnb. We can open two big luggage and do packing easily. My 4 yo son has enjoyed watching YouTube videos with the big projecting screen. It’s worth to stay.

내집처럼 너무 편안했고, 일본 가정집을 체험해보는 여행이었어요. 주변이 주택가로 조용하고, 침대와 배게 청결하고 편안해서 잠을 잘잤습니다. 1층 거실이 넓고 주방에 모든 물품이 갖춰져있어 식사 편안하게 잘했습니다. 감사합니다!!^^

Très bon séjour dans ce joli appartement. Le petit take away de la rue est super bon marché si vous voulez manger facilement sans cuisiner. L’hôte était très gentil et bonne communication. On recommande sans autre.

Это был самый чистый и самый комфортный дом из всех городов где мы останавливались! Хозяин любезно разрешил нам оставить свои чемоданы до времени заселения и всегда был очень вежлив и на связи. Дома было тепло и все комнаты были просторными. Есть отдельная комната для чемоданов, что очень удобно - не нужно поднимать ничего наверх! Комфортный большой диван для совместных вечеров и даже небольшая барная стойка, для тех, кто хочет поработать за ноутбуком. Это был тихий район с магазинами и метро рядом. Спасибо за такой теплый прием! Хочется вернуться снова. Я обязательно порекомендую этого хозяина для своих друзей, кто поедет в Японию :))

Absolutely beautiful spot! We loved our stay in this amazing home. Very clean and very spacious, neighbours could be a little noisy in the evening so bring ear plugs if your a light sleeper!

Host- very nice, responsive, always asking how we are and if anything else we need. He even arranged collection and drop off of our suitcases from the train station nearby. Place - is very good for big group although there are not enough pots and pans the host arrange delivery of additional pots and pans as we are big group and needed more to accommodate us. - its about 10-15 mins walk from the station but we enjoyed walking around the neighbourhood - peaceful area and no noise nor by stander. Places to eat - there are a lot of restaurants nearby and all are authentic, outstanding food but at the same very cheap. Grocery store/market - around 7mins away from the place and 24hrs which is very convenient. I will definitely stay again to this place if I was given a chance. Thank you again to our host as he is always responsive and always fulfils our reasonable request.

This space had a well appointed kitchen. The neighbourhood was very quiet and calm, with several convenience stores very close by.

We stayed at Yuniko's house for 5 days/nights to explore Osaka for the first time, there was 4 adults. We very much enjoyed our stay and to list off what we liked: - Location was easy to find and easy to check in. - Location was close to many locations (convenience stores, train stations, restaurants, etc.) - The house was clean, tidy, and had plenty of room. - We did not use the washer, but appreciated that there was one available. Lastly, Yuniko was very responsive to any concerns that we had and is an excellent host 🥰. We would gladly stay here if we were to come back to Osaka in the future (which we might, haha)

This place was easy to find, very close like 2mins walk to Ebisucho station - super convenient since we were travelling with our baby and her stroller. Home and kitchen is complete with all we need including baby stuff - baby soap, cot, stroller, bottle cleaner. Bathroom and toilet are clean, with good water pressure. washer dryer is very helpful to meet family with baby daily clothes.

Our group of 7 had a wonderful stay at Tomoki’s place! While the house is definitely on the smaller side, it was cozy, clean, and thoughtfully arranged to make the most of the space. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, and the location was super convenient for getting around. Tomoki was a friendly and responsive host, which made the whole experience even better. Great spot for small groups who don’t mind a snug but homey stay in Japan!

My family and I had such a wonderful time. Will definitely be booking again for future vacations

i booked 2 room, this one for my family and the other one for my mom, sister and brother in law. this was my 2nd time staying at here, the reason is obviously due how comfortable and convenience is here. almost zero complain. the room is big, amenities are complete, bus stop just 5 seconds by foot :D, 2 mins to nearest ministop and 7eleven, 3 mins to Kyoto Aquarium. 1 more thing, please send my regards to SAMIYA-san at the reception office, she was so nice, very helpfull and super pretty too!!

RESI Stay provided good support and guidance. When we first arrived at Kyoto station, it was early morning and it just took us 10 minutes walk from the station to RESI Reception Counter. We were offered to place our luggage there before the check-in time, we left the luggage there and went for a walk and lunch at Kyoto Station. When it was time for check-in, the RESI team provided us with a shuttle van to drop us at the location for check-in. The check-in process is seamless and easy to us. 5 of us were staying there (2 adults and 3 children), the place were nicely fit a family of 5. Even though the space seemed small, it was well-equipped with all the amenities that were required. It will take some time for you to walk with luggage from RESI stay to Kyoto station, it was a friendly walk-way and our kids were enjoying the walk to the station when we returned home. One of the best sightseeing place is Kyoto Aquarium, it's just 5 minutes from RESI stay! We enjoyed our stay at RESI
