On the furnished balcony, you can start the day with breakfast or end it in a relaxing way. A bus stop, pharmacy, ice cream parlour, butcher's and 2 bakeries offering breakfast are just 1-2 minutes away. Installers are also welcome.

This very bright and beautiful house is in the best location and directly near the city of Heidenheim an der Brenz. You can walk into town (about 5 minutes to the arcades and the train station). Hospital, shopping, doctors, pharmacies, restaurants, indoor pool, outdoor pool, all in the immediate vicinity. Short distances to the highway connection. For nature lovers: The house borders a small park. Also various forests for cycling, jogging, etc. in the immediate vicinity.
