The bungalow, completed in November 2020, is located on a fenced property with an area of 500 square meters. The accommodation is heated with an automatic pellet stove with a viewing window. The bathroom has underfloor heating. The room with a double bed is separated from the room with a bunk bed by a wardrobe. Wi-Fi with 250 Mbit/s is at your disposal. The covered terrace offers enough space with about 28 square meters. A carport and a parking space are provided. Access is barrier-free.

Located directly in nature, it offers the perfect place to switch off, relax and breathe deeply. The apartment has 3 bedrooms (Beds: 2× 160×200 cm, 1× 180×200 cm). In addition, the sofa in the living room can be transformed into a comfortable sofa bed with just the push of a button – ideal for additional guests or a cosy movie night.

The property is located on the first floor of a 4-party house in a very quiet location in Abtsgmünd. The apartment has separate, direct access. On 120 square meters of living space and a large, Mediterranean-style garden with meadow, stream, fireplace, hot tub and large terrace, you can relax with your whole family. Pets are welcome. All shopping facilities can be found within a radius of about 800 m. In about 500 m you will reach the Laubach reservoir.

The house from 1693 was lovingly restored. The old construction was completely preserved, but equipped with many modern conveniences. My farmhouse is suitable for couples, nature lovers, solo travelers, families.

The shower is walk-in and the entrance can be made barrier-free without any problems. The apartment is located on the first floor. The shopping is within walking distance in 7 minutes as well as various restaurants and in summer also an ice cream parlor.

This 1-room apartment with a very quiet location in Hochdorf is accessible through a separate entrance. It features a double bed (140) with TV, a well-equipped kitchen with coffee maker, Nespresso machine, kettle, fridge, two hotplates, toaster and mini oven. The separate bathroom has a shower, sink and toilet. The apartment has a small terrace in the countryside.
