Wir wohnen am Ortsrand in einem Vorort von Aalen. Die Wohnung befindet sich im ersten Stock und verfügt über einen separaten Eingang. Die Wohnung ist komplett ausgestattet. Handtücher und Bettwäsche sind vorhanden. Ein gemütliches Wohnzimmer lädt nach einem ereignisreichen Tag zum entspannen ein. In 5 Minuten ist man im Wald. upgrad 18.8.25 Die Umgehungsstraße ist 1 Kilometer luftlinie entfernt und je nach Wetterlage und Wind hört man diese mal mehr und mal gar nicht. Da ist jeder anders.

The bungalow, completed in November 2020, is located on a fenced property with an area of 500 square meters. The accommodation is heated with an automatic pellet stove with a viewing window. The bathroom has underfloor heating. The room with a double bed is separated from the room with a bunk bed by a wardrobe. Wi-Fi with 250 Mbit/s is at your disposal. The covered terrace offers enough space with about 28 square meters. A carport and a parking space are provided. Access is barrier-free.

Our cottage is on the outskirts / edge of the forest / cul-de-sac. 15 km to the Ellwangen State Garden Show. The municipality of Abtsgmünd has been a state-recognised recreational area since 2010, meeting the climatic and air hygiene requirements. Lots of hiking bike rides in the area. Our in-law apartment has been renovated 1/25. Abtsgmünd is located on Bundesstraße 19 in the Kochertal between Aalen and Schwäbisch Hall. Close to shopping , Pitches in front of and next to the house.

The apartment has an open floor plan, with a great fitted kitchen (induction, dishwasher, etc.) and a nice daylight bathroom with bathtub. Roof terrace (approx. 28 m²) with two sun loungers, a table group and great views! Please note: there are no 3 separate sleeping options. For three people, two must sleep together in the double bed. The sofa is unsuitable for sleeping.

On 120 square meters of living space and a large, Mediterranean-style garden with meadow, stream, fireplace, hot tub and large terrace, you can relax with your whole family. Pets are welcome. All shopping facilities can be found within a radius of about 800 m. In about 500 m you will reach the Laubach reservoir.

(About 1 hour) There are two bedrooms, one box spring bed is 180 x 200 and the other box spring bed is 140 x 200. The owners live on the ground floor! Towels, sheets and final cleaning are included!
