Important: In November, the pool & large sauna are closed due to Closed for maintenance from approx. 5.11. The small sauna (up to 4 people) will remain open.

Bakery and CAP market right around the corner. The Allgäu mountains and lake landscape are within 20 minutes by car and can also be easily reached by bike. The beautiful city center of Kemptens is only 5 km away. We look forward to seeing you.

Stylish small apartment in a quiet location, with terrace and small garden close to nature near Lech. You are a five-minute walk from the reservoir, where you can also swim and boat in the summer. Enjoy your morning coffee on the terrace in the back garden and a cool beer by the river in the evening. We would be happy to advise you on possible activities in detail on site.
