Wir vermieten in unserer DHH , Split Level Bauweise, eine kleine Garteneinliegerwohnung. Das Haus steht auf einem Hanggrundstück. eine Treppe zwischen Haus und Garage führt in den Garten bzw zur Eingangstür der Ferienwohnung. Die Terrasse gehört zur Wohnung. Die Küche ist mit Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher, Geschirr etc ausgestattet, eine Grundausstattung von Gewürzen, Öl, Kaffee und Tee ist vorhanden. Wir sind ein Nichtraucherhaushalt, rauchen auf der Terrasse ist kein Problem, danke!

Modern holiday apartment for 2 people in an ecological wooden house on Lake Starnberg. The 50sqm apartment with sep. Entrance has a spacious kitchen with a view to the south of the forest, mountains and lake, a bedroom and a bathroom. In about 10 to 20 minutes you can walk to the Bernrieder Nature Park and the lake shore with numerous dreamy swimming coves. On the property there is a private parking available. There is a storage space for bicycles.

The Stifts-Haus (1611) has been extensively renovated. The guest apartment is very cozy, with a bedroom (double bed + sofa bed/children's mattresses on request), a living/kitchen room and a large, beautiful bathroom. Nothing is ordinary with us. Curious??? When booking only 2 days (minimum), please bring €10 per day laundry fee/per person or bring your own bed linen. This is the only way to offer the overall low price for short stays.

The beautiful Ammersee is about 900 m away.
