October and November are the seasons to enjoy the autumn foliage and the tranquillity of Shinshu. It is also recommended for a leisurely trip where you stay for consecutive nights and slowly tour Hakuba, Kamikochi, and Adonino, each of which has a different autumnal appearance.

Rent an entire log house on the Iizuna Highlands. Amane Guest House

This is Iizuna Kogen, a quiet villa area at an altitude of about 1,000 m. A simple log house built in 2022 with a strong wood aroma. You can discover many beautiful views within a 10-minute walk. Please be sure to take a look at Mt. Iizuna from Daiza-Hoshi Pond. It's about a 3-minute walk from the nearest bus stop (Iizuna Higashi-ku)! The next closest bus stop (Iizuna Kogen) is about a 7-minute walk away. You can also get here by public transport. Restaurants such as Mori no Eki, Iizuna Soba, ramen, and hamburgers are also within walking distance. About 25 minutes by car from Nagano Station and Zenkoji Temple. About 15 minutes by car to Togakushi Shrine. It is also an ideal base for golf and skiing in the Togakushi, Kurohime, and Myoko areas. Please also use it for climbing the Togakushi Kodo, Amatomi Trail, and Mt. Iizuna. If you would like to visit a hot spring, it is about 15 minutes by car to Tengu no Yakata on Lake Reisenji. You can rent the whole place at a shelter cat cafe. All spaces are available for private hire outside of cafe hours. Cat space is completely separate. Cats are not allowed in the cafe or accommodation. You can interact with cats in the courtyard. You can eat and drink while looking at the cat courtyard from the cafe. You can also stay with your dog. Please bring what you need for your dog. However, pets are not allowed in the courtyard. You can come and go freely in the later space. Breakfast is included in the cafe menu. Cosplay photography can be done indoors. BBQ is available in the backyard. BBQ set rentals are 1,500 yen. There is a free work corner in the Japanese-style room. Enjoy the wood stove sauna and the water bath with a view. There are no private houses around, so you can listen to music and watch movies loudly. Because it is a house located deep in the mountains, we take the best measures, but in the warm season, insects come out. It snows a lot in winter. In autumn, fallen leaves dance. You will also need to adjust the wood stove fire yourself. It's not an easy house to live in, but we promise you a great view and experience.
