Renovated to be open, modern and spacious our chalet is only 20 minutes drive from Nagano City, Togakushi and Iizuna ski resorts. It is less than 5 minutes walk (or 1 min drive) to some cafes and restaurants and the new Nagano Forest Village. There, you can buy local produce, craft beers & wine, and walk around the beautiful area. We recommend driving to explore more around the highlands and snow tires (or chains) are a must have during winter. We are 1080m above sea level, its cool in summer!

Just 10 minutes from downtown Matsumoto, Yokoya Farm is a family-run working apple farm in the countryside. Our private kura (Japanese storehouse), next to our family home, was renovated into a guesthouse in 2018. Enjoy the unique experience of staying in a real farmer's kura with the entire building all to yourselves. Our apple orchard is about a 5-minute walk away. During the apple season (late August to mid-November), you're welcome to enjoy complimentary apple picking.

『おねがい』 ゴミは燃える物と、燃えない物を分けて捨ててください。野生動物がやってきます。外にゴミを出さないでください。 ご宿泊期間中の人数追加はお断りしております。 『ゲストハウス　こもれび』 標高1000ｍ。夏は涼しく冬はパウダースノー、さらに満天の星空も楽しめます。 リビングから眺める景色は絶景です。 ウッドデッキでBBQを楽しんでいただけます。 新品ではありませんが、BBQ台、網と3キロ木炭の用意があります。 24時間営業のスーパーが車で約20分ほどの場所にございますが、チェックイン前にご購入ください。 調味料もお忘れなく。 長野市街地、善光寺は車で約20分、戸隠まで車で20分、飯綱リゾートスキー場まで車で約10分。さらに、車で1時間30分で白馬、地獄谷温泉(スノーモンキー）、30分で黒姫、野尻湖へ。冬場、多くのゲストが妙高、タングラム、志賀高原へと毎日出かけて行きます。 冬場、公道除雪を請け負う会社です。冬場のチェックインも安心！雪道はお任せください。11月～4月はスタッドレスタイヤと４WDでお越しください。

“Maison d’hotes KIRISI MIZU”, is a Irimoya style (traditional Japanese house, similar to Temple) that has been beautifully restored from traditional materials and passed down from my grate-grand parents generation. The entire house is done in a classic style as used to be, except for a newly built kitchen, toilet and bathroom that provide all the necessities of modern life.
