Mit 3 gemütlichen Schlafbereichen, einem hellen Wohnzimmer und einer offenen Küche bietet das Haus viel Raum für 4–6 Personen. Sauna und Eckbadewanne sorgen für erholsame Wohlfühlmomente. All away from everyday stress. Our hunter's house has been newly renovated. It is very suitable for families or small groups but also for couples. Simply relax or actively explore the area, by bike or on horseback, as well as on foot along the northern path to the old monastery mill.

Our historic property consists of a 120-year-old schoolhouse and an approx. 100-year-old town hall in the midst of untouched nature on a park-like property. In the old schoolhouse, the Alte Schule vacation home extends over 2 floors with a living space of approx. 140 square meters. In the annex of the old town hall is the guest wing with a wellness area on the first floor and the 2 apartments Samtmuschel (approx. 60 sqm) and Herzmuschel (approx. 50 sqm) on the second floor.

The property is located in the middle of the idyll, surrounded by countless fields and a breathtaking view into the distance. The sea or the nearest swimming area is 5-10 minutes away by car. Meldorf is the nearest town, about 10 minutes by car, where, for example, shopping can be done.

The accommodation is part of our Quellental forest estate in Odderade, Dithmarschen district and is located in the middle of a forest clearing, nestled in a picturesque pond area. Our forestry operation is part of the largest forest area on the North Sea coast, the Riesewohld. Here, 700 hectares of partly uncultivated, natural forest invite you to linger and explore.

The 35 m² non-smoking apartment is located directly in the first row about 50 m behind the dike. The sandy beach is only a few meters away.
