In walking distance you will find downtown with great restaurants, bars, terraces and nice shops. You won't notice the vibrancy of downtown in this villa. It is very quiet and you will probably only hear the sound of Servaas church. There is a big parking around the corner at a 25 meter walk. In the locked garage, you can safely store the bicycles. Ham is a stone's throw from Hasselt, Beringen, Leuven and Antwerp.
