We completly renovated our chalet in 2022 and took the opportunity to create an independent apartment on the ground floor to welcome our guests (own private entrance). It consists of a fully equipped kitchen, a separate toilet and a bathroom with a large shower. The bedroom has a large queen sized bed, work area and a big wardrobe. The chalet is in the middle of a magnificent wooded area (6000m2) and is very calm and quiet environment. Spaces outside under trees to eat and enjoy relax moments :)

Quick access from the A10 – exit 28, 3 minutes from the toll. All local amenities within a 5-minute drive (shopping mall, bakeries, pharmacies, restaurants...) Refurbished accommodation located in the basement of the house. The ground floor of the house is also available for rent. Pets not allowed, non-smoking accommodation.

We are happy to welcome you to this old attic, which was renovated in 2023. Enjoy the old stones, the small sunny terrace and the semi-shaded garden. "Le Grenier", a studio of about 20 m², offers a living room area with sofa, high table, equipped kitchenette, a real bed (140 x 190), large shower (140 x 80), separate toilet. Halfway between Poitiers and Châtellerault, 12 min from Futuroscope and 8 min from Lake St Cyr, access is quick from the A10 or the D910.

Small atypical house 16 km from the futuroscope

Small stone house on three floors. Close to the futuroscope, center parc... It is ideal for two people. A quiet and relaxing place in the countryside. I provide bed linens, for towels I can provide them for an extra 5 euros. Small note, the stairs are steep (miller's ladders) and the kitchen ceiling is a bit low. For coffee fans I have a Senseo, I leave some pods available.

Le Lodge du Chêne - Spa, near Futuroscope

We renovated a former wine cellar to create this 3-star furnished tourist accommodation. The Lodge du Chêne is located in a village with all the necessary amenities. The Lodge is fully equipped, independent and adjoining the owners' house. Guests will enjoy its terrace, private garden, as well as a barn with a private 5-seat HOT TUB with free access.
