The stable house is a (Tiny) cottage, partly built in the old barn. You almost literally sleep in the stables!! The cottage offers privacy and has its own terrace (also covered). Your terrace is adjacent to a meadow where horses can stand. If you wish, you can also bring your own horse and stable it with us (indoors and/or outdoors). Nieuwleusen is located in the Vecht valley with villages such as Dalfsen and Ommen. The city center of Zwolle is a 15-minute drive away, Giethoorn is a half-hour drive away.

SUITE PLOMPEBLAD GIETHOORN Thatched farmhouse. Located in the most beautiful location on the village canal of Giethoorn. A private residence and private terrace on the water. Suite Plompeblad has a beautiful classic and rural interior, downstairs with a luxurious design bathroom with bath and walk-in shower. Upstairs a spacious room with king-size box spring and on the split level a complete kitchen with induction hob and dishwasher. With rental of an electric boat right outside the door!

In our yard Boerdeheij, we have transformed an old barn into a cozy camping house. Complete and cozily furnished, located in a beautiful place between meadows and forest. You can enjoy the peace here, far away from traffic, but close to nature and (hobby)farm life. All facilities, such as a kitchen, composting toilet and hot shower, are under one roof. The cottage is ideal for those who are not looking for luxury, but appreciates simplicity, sustainability, rural living and hospitality.

Het Goede Gemoed; to really rest.

Het Goede Gemoed is located in a very wooded area where you can walk, cycle and recreate to your heart's content. On the grounds of the University of Twente you can enjoy sports. The inner cities of Enschede, Hengelo, Oldenzaal and Borne are within cycling distance of the house. The lovely villages of Delden, Goor, Boekelo are also in the vicinity. Het Goede Gemoed; "Afterwards and yet close". Good cozy restaurants are plentiful and also grabbing a movie is done in no time.

In the middle of the beautiful Vechtdal Overijssel, you will find our beautifully restored farmhouse from 1576. The farm is a National Monument and located on an old farmyard of over 20,000 m2. Organic fruits and vegetables are grown in the yard. There are horses, sheep, chickens, dogs and cats and many more wild animals. In short: a place for people and children who want to embrace the real outdoors and discover the beautiful area!

A sturdy guest house newly built in 2017 on the site of an old farm barn. Located in the outskirts, fifteen minutes from Zwolle. Experience the light, the air, the space, the tranquility and the beautiful starry sky. Features two bathrooms, a Finnish sauna, a full kitchen, central heating, gas fireplace, good beds, deck terraces with lounge chairs, BBQ and fireplace and everything you can expect in a luxurious accommodation.

Old bakehouse at the Veluwe

This picturesque, complete and carefully renovated old bakehouse (from around 1850) is a 15-minute walk from Heerder beach, with its own entrance and private terrace. The B&B is open from May 2019. The grounds are surrounded by meadows with cows and horses that guard the tranquility of this special place. Directly in front of the house is a beautiful little stream with a bridge which gives the whole a fairy-tale image.

Characteristic studio 'JEP d' ouwe kippenschuur'

In addition to our city farm from 1880, there is the detached renovated old chicken shed. Converted into a warm studio with an authentic atmosphere due to the special shape of the wooden ceiling and other characteristic elements. Fully independent studio with a double folding bed, private shower and toilet, wood stove and compact kitchen. We don't offer breakfast, so bring your own.
