Die schöne Region Bodensee südlich vor uns und das Donautal nördlich hinter uns - das ist der ideale Ort für Ruhe, Wanderungen und Badeurlaub. Auch wenn es mal regnet, kann man viel unternehmen: Bodenseetherme Überlingen, Burgmuseum Meersburg, Schloss Langenstein mit Fasnachtsmuseum, Sealife und Shopping in Konstanz, Zeppelin- u. Dorniermuseum Friedrichshafen.

Buslinie verkehrt stündlich zwischen Sigmaringen und Überlingen am Bodensee in beide Richtungen. Kostenfreier Parkplatz direkt an der Unterkunft. Erleben Sie das Pfrunger Ried auf vielen Wander und Radwegen direkt vor der Baumhaustreppe, entdecken Sie auch zahlreiche Ausflugsmöglichkeiten in direkter Umgebung. Ein idealer Ort zum Entspannen und Wohlfühlen. Ein kleiner Einkaufsladen ist im Nachbarort zu finden. Ein empfehlenswertes Restaurant ist im Ort und auch in den umliegenden Ortschaften zu finden. In nur 30 Minuten erreicht man Überlingen am Bodensee.

The apartment consists of a large living room with a new built-in kitchen. This is spaciously furnished. In this room there is a corner couch, which can be used as a sofa bed, and a dining table. The living room is bright and leads directly to a Mediterranean terrace with seating, sun loungers and a grill. View of the lake and the Alps. The bedroom consists of a double bed and a built-in closet. The bathroom has a shower, sink and toilet. Children are welcome.

Our beloved family country house welcomes you! The old house, which we have lovingly and completely renovated from an ecological point of view, is located opposite a beautiful vantage point with an old oak tree over the lake. It is only a 5-minute walk from the historic old town. The cozy accommodation is wonderfully quiet with an idyllic view of the vineyards in the middle of a beautiful, natural garden.

Modern and very well-equipped holiday flat directly on Lake Constance with its own beach and several outdoor seating areas. In summer it is wonderful to sunbathe, cool off in the lake and barbecue on the large terrace. In the colder months, the barrel sauna (Extra fees) in the garden, the fireplace, the duo bathtub and the direct lake view invite you to linger in a cosy atmosphere.

A place to switch off and relax. For extended hikes you do not need a car: the small residential area connects directly to large forest areas. By (e-)bike, 5 (bathing) lakes can be reached within 2.5 hours. Lake Constance or the Danube can be reached by car in 30 minutes. Or you can simply enjoy the garden of the lovingly renovated log cabin and take time for thoughtful walks...
