This over the garage loft is a throwback from the 1980's. Vintage furniture and decor. Queen bed, twin bed, microwave, fridge with freezer, coffee maker, AC, sink, dishes, glasses. Record player plays vynal records, CDs, cassettes. Bethany Beach is a ten minute drive. The bathroom is small with a sloping ceiling, a small shower, and while clean, shows its age. NO WIFI, rustic with access to shared backyard, outdoor shower, fire pit, outdoor seating and dining, garden; beach gear. TY!

Country Private Vacation House

Stay at our lovely home and enjoy a peaceful and quiet country setting. Come back after the beach and cook on the grill and relax in our private home sitting at the end of Derikson Creek. Large wrap around back deck with a view down the creek and into the woods. Plenty of room inside with a large living room, dining room, gourmet kitchen, and 3 bedrooms. Our cozy home is just minutes away from Bayside Resort, Restaurants, Assowoman Wildlife Refuge, and Delaware and Maryland Beaches.

The Creek Suite is a special place Private entrance. Nicely decorated the suite has a beautiful relaxing Sunroom with an outstanding view of the creek and all the wildlife. Comfortable seating has a comfortable king bed and TV with cable the kitchenette is custom with a two burner hot plate small refrigerator. There is an ice maker, Keurig coffee maker and both kcups and fresh coffee beans and grinder. The bath has a stall shower. We will have fresh eggs for you from our chickens

Family Farm built in 1940, same family has owned the property for over 300 years. Recently renovated, original floors, both levels. Farm living at it's finest, but still close to the beach. It's the best of both worlds. This old gem has A bit of old cellar, old wood, paste wax and Grandma. Original wood floors downstairs are waxed and polished. Upstairs are original farm slat floors.
