It's not a place for parties or events. The beach has no exit to the street, it is for you. The land has two independent houses, you are on the ground floor, at the height of the beach, with the garage and the balcony with a barbecue grill. The upper house gets used to being uninhabited, when someone is an elderly couple.

São dois imóveis no mesmo terreno porém ,o espaço é separado ou seja privado ninguém entra um no espaço do outro .Fica 3 minutos a pé até a praia ,estamos atrás da beira mar . , em uma das melhores localizações ,as ruas são calçadas ,mercado próximo. Um bairro muito tranquilo. O centrinho da pinheira pela praia a pé leva uns 10 minutos.Não temos garagem coberta o carro fica no pátio .
