Located in front of a beautiful beach, the house has cameras in the external patio and in front of the house, providing peace and security for your stay. In front of the house, besides the sea, you have access to a delightful and small sandy area.

Come and spend a few days in the coziness and the tranquility that only a house on the beach can offer. Simple house but complete on the general street with a grocery store at 50 mts. It's not a place for parties or events. The beach has no exit to the street, it is for you. The land has two independent houses, you are on the ground floor, at the height of the beach, with the garage and the balcony with a barbecue grill. The upper house gets used to being uninhabited, when someone is an elderly couple.
