Monthly Rentals in Palhoça

The accommodation is an apartment located in a complex of towers of modern buildings. It has everything you need (and more) for cooking. The level of cleanliness and organization of the space is one of the best I've seen on my travels. The electronic lock makes check-in time flexible. There were beach items (lounge chairs and umbrellas), a super nice touch!!! It has a huge internal parking lot to park the vehicle in a designated place, without a roof or cover, within the complex and safe. Access to other beaches is quick by taking BR101, which is usually jammed due to traffic, in both lanes. The beach near the complex, Praia da Fora, is NOT nice. Very close there are different businesses to stock up on food, there is a Neco supermarket, 2 blocks away, which has the same prices as wholesalers, it is not worth going to one of them. In short, I recommend the place and the host, we had a wonderful vacation at the place.

The apartment is impeccable and extremely well taken care of. My parents faced some personal unforeseen events, and the host was very responsive and attentive in responding to our requests. We'll be back for sure.
