Jillian's space was an excellent find. We have stayed in the complex before (booked through a local agent), but always on a lower floor. Jillian's place gives a beautiful view of the beach rather than the dunes. Easy in and out. Any issues were quickly resolved...in fact we facetimed to resolve a tv connection glitch. Kitchen is stocked with plenty of pots and pans, dishes, etc. I always travel with my nutribullet so didn't look for a blender. TONS of linens, blankets, and extra towels. All the comforts of a home away from home. Beach chairs, umbrells, and sand toys available for use. Note: Top floor means walking 3 flights of steps so do not book if you have any walking issues. Better note: If time allows and you are looking for a self guided excursion I highly recommend Island Ferry Adventures out of Beaufort. I took 2 tours through them. The first to Sand Dollar Island and the second to Bird Shoals. I found sand dollars and shells at each, though Bird Shoals was my favorite!

The condo was so clean and the location was awesome. James made sure we had everything we needed to check in. And the small kitchen was well equipped for the size although we only slept there as we explored all we could in our two nights there.

This is a perfect place to stay while on Ocracoke! Very comfortable bed and well appointed kitchen. We enjoyed a swim in the pool too! This spot is quiet and lovely. We enjoyed our morning coffee around the pool and enjoyed the smell of jasmine that was starting to open up and listened to the mourning doves. Easy walk to Ocracoke Coffee and The Back Porch restaurant. Don’t forget to shop at Bella Fiore and Books to be Red. We will be back!

The location is easily walkable to the beach and the apartment is so cozy!!! Pat is a friendly host and I felt immediately welcomed. Would love to stay here again

We loved our stay at the beach! This was perfect, exactly what we were hoping for, beach accessibility by board walk, a nice pool (2), and close enough to see the water from the condo. Felt like our own little home. Having 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms was great with our son with. Having a washer and dryer was so convenient! We did notice there was washer and dryers by the pool for community use also. The whole Southwinds area was clean and well maintained. Even the pool bathrooms were clean. There is also a great selection of beach supplies, books and cards to keep you entertained. We would definitely visit again if we come back to the area!

2 dads & 3 kids vacationed at this residence for a week in July 2024. We reached out a few weeks prior and the host answered all our questions, including that bed linens & bathroom towels would be included!! That’s a great perk and it was appreciated . The kitchen was a plus in that there were ample pots, pans, bowls etc, and a few basics (alum foil, seasoning, etc) that were available from previous guests/host, and we added to it as well. Two covered parking spots kept our cars cool and scooters dry. Overall, no major issues other than the week flew by too quickly.

Julie and Jeff were excellent hosts. Their space was beautiful and comfortable and made us feel like home! Overall, a fantastic experience in Beaufort, North Carolina! We live in New Bern and will be staying with Julie and Jeff. The next time we are back in Beaufort!

Loved our stay here! The accommodations were great. Everything was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. Katy reached out to check in and responded quickly when I had a question. She gave us a list of local recommendations and we loved the restaurants she recommended. The amenities at the Croatan surf club are nice. Especially the pool and hot tub but most of all being right on the beach.

Sandra’s place was just as described. Pictures are accurate and the space is very nice. Sandra was very responsive to messages and very timely with responses as well. We enjoyed our time there . For my wife and I the bed was a little too firm but that’s just a matter of opinion and preference. Sandra was a flexible host and gave us the opportunity to check in at an earlier time. It was a wonderful stay.

You cannot get more downtown than this unit. Two bedrooms and bathrooms with a nice living space. Cannot recommend enough if you’re looking to “ditch” the car and walk to restaurants and bars. Great communication and super clean unit in a bit of New Bern history.

Can't say enough good things about Katie's amazing condominium and the location. You are in the middle of everything you want or need, but it feels like are in a secluded location once settled in. Quiet and peaceful, fantastic views. All of our dining experiences were top notch and all but one was within walking distance. Beaufort is our new favorite spot to just relax. Thank you Katie for your hospitality. This was our first experience with an airbnb and we are believers.

Excellent Beach Condo! The condo was spotless and in a perfect location, just a short walk to the beach. It was quiet, comfortable, and had everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The owner was very responsive and quick to answer any questions, which made the experience even better. I truly enjoyed my time here and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a convenient and comfortable beach getaway!

Excellent location; could not get any closer to the beach! Well stocked kitchen, relaxing living room with great views. Sound of pounding surf and pelicans flying overhead was a memorable OBX experience! Will be back; Thankyou Andrew!

My family had an absolutely wonderful time. The location is wonderful, easy access to the beach. The house itself is beautifully decorated, clean, and equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Christine was incredibly welcoming and provided excellent recommendations for local restaurants and activities. We loved the cozy outdoor seating area where we could relax and enjoy the sunset. Overall, it was a perfect beach getaway, and we can’t wait to return. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable beach vacation!

We had a wonderful time at Ruben’s place! The location was easy to find and had plenty of parking. We visited the pool every day after the beach and it also had ample seats and tables. There is a nice walking path through the neighborhood, tennis courts and the view from the patio is gorgeous at sunset. The condo itself was clean and as described in the photos. Check in was simple and we felt very safe there. Would absolutely stay here again. If you bring bikes it’s an easy ride to the beach, mini golf and the local Publix.
