You and your family & friends will enjoy the quiet neighborhood of Callaway Corners! There is a small playground just 2 houses down. There are plenty of restaurants and shops within blocks, plus Tyndall and Sacred Heart Hospital are only 10 minutes away! The beach at Saint Andrew's State Park and Mexico Beach are only 30 minutes away! This home is basically brand new; built in 2021 with beautiful finishes. The main bedroom features a king size bed with custom upholstered bed and down comforter.

Awake rested & refreshed in our top of the line beds along with ultra soft and comfortable bedding. The cozy & private master bedroom features king size bed with a premier purple mattress as well as a private exit through the master bathroom onto the screened in back patio. The furnished serene patio is also a perfect place to unwind.
