Stunning 5th floor unit BEACH FRONT, tastefully renovated, new furniture and appliances, with balcony to enjoy the BEST SUNSET IN THE COUNTRY! Perfect LOCATION on the “quite end” of PCB, combining a relaxed environment, while 5-10 min drive from all the main city activities, including shopping, restaurants, and family entertainment. The Summerhouse charges a one-time $35 fee per reservation for parking permits and pool wristbands. Must be at least 21 years of age to rent.
