Hohenschönhausen Stasi Prison is just 10 min. drive. The property is fenced and is located directly at the nature reserve. Parking possible on the premises by arrangement. The perfect balance between recreation and metropolis, with relaxation in front of the fireplace or a barbecue evening on the terrace.

“Remise Graefekiez” – a historic brick coach house from 1890 with a private garden; once built for carriages, now a quiet hideaway and holiday retreat in the second backyard of Fichtestraße, right in the heart of the Graefekiez (Kreuzberg). The space is commercially registered and therefore not subject to Berlin’s housing conversion ban. The Berlin City Tax (7.5%) is listed separately and included in the final price. We use 100% green electricity.

Our house is a cozy retreat for everyone in all seasons. In addition to a gas central heating system, you can also light the large fireplace and cook on the wood-fired stove. In summer, we have a large lawn, a BBQ fire bowl with a grill ring and a large dining area with a parasol for you in our beautiful flower, fruit and vegetable garden. If it rains, we also have a small, cosy terrace with a panoramic window.
