The building was constructed in 2022 to the KfW 40+ standard and therefore features the latest technology (underfloor heating, ventilation system).

The property is located BETWEEN Papenburg and Leer. Both are about 12 km away. Shopping is ample in the village. Nearby is the amusement park at Emsdeich, where you can swim in the summer. My place is great for couples and business travelers. Private entrance.
