Villa with sea views, located within a private condominium with a concierge and private parking, 5 minutes from Praia da Trindade, Praia do Sono and Praia das Laranjeiras, and 16 minutes from Paraty. Public transport for me a door. Hot water with a gas water heater, towels, sheets, duvet, fan, and a fully equipped kitchen with a hob and oven, plus a fridge-freezer.

In the cozy chalet is 25m2 and is 200 m from Jabaquara beach and 1.2km from the historical center. We have a 12m2 area with a table and benches, for guests only from the Chalet. We have a swimming pool, barbecue area and covered garage. On the ground floor of the chalet is the kitchen and the bathroom, at the top is the bedroom. Our house is next to it. We're at your disposal for guests. Welcome.
