The complex also has one of the best marinas in Brazil for you to store your boat! The Costabella Marina, in addition to being super equipped to receive vessels up to 80 feet, was the first Marina in South America to receive the Blue Flag Seal of a marina with environmental controls! Exotic fish, sea turtles and other marine animals swim around the boats!!

The house is rustic, well aired, air-conditioned in the suite, in the other rooms and fan rooms. The bedrooms and living room open to the balcony with wonderful sea views and peaks of Serra do Mar. You can see many species of birds , wild animals. Lots of tranquility, 24-hour security, lifeguards on the beach, calm sea, perfect for children and maritime sports. In the summer 1 floating deck is in the sea, from it to see turtles strolling. Above 6 guests are charged extra daily
