This brand new house sits high above the trees inside the Aldeia Rizoma eco village, a gated property 15 minutes away from the city historical center. The property offers a jungle gym, sauna (paid as an extra), private trails and access to 5 private waterfalls. The one bedroom studio has a king size bed built high so you can watch the forrest from it. It offers a private hot tube and a fully equipped kitchen. There is an extra bed that can be used for a third person with an extra fee per night

It is situated on the banks of the Perequê-açú River and is only a 7-minute walk from the Historic Center or the main street where you will find the city's commerce. In front of the house, you can enjoy a huge grassy green area, perfect for your pets to play. You will be close to the restaurants and bars of the Historic Center, and it will be my pleasure to recommend my favorite places to you!

Beachfront place, privacy and house for up to 10 people. The amount varies with total number of people . Amount listed is for 6 downtown. Boat access, easy to hire. Ideal for children over 7 years. There is no mains but solar system for LED lights, 2 outlets 220V and small refrigerator, more ice box. The generator is on for 2 hours in the morning and 2 at the end of the day. There are no fans, screened house with good ventilation. Plenty of room for everyone, barbecue, super beach.

House located 03 blocks from Jabaquara beach, WiFi,with a lot of garden and 04 car spaces inside the property. The backyard and all closed, has an external shower and barbecue on the back porch. The full kitchen, 03 double sofas bed in the living room, and 02 double beds. Half a block from the residence there's a supermarket. Please note: only the lower part is rented, on the upper floor I live, Pablo, alone, with a side entrance and access by the back stairs.
