Other services will incur diesel expenses. Includes a sailor and a housekeeper. If you wish, we have an excellent cook, who has worked for the family for 30 years (payment separate from the house rent)

We are testing new power grid. There is a solar system for LED lights, 2 outlets 220V and small refrigerator, plus ice box. The generator is on for 2 hours in the morning and 2 at the end of the day.
