Walking through the historic center and discovering its restaurants and shops is always a pleasure. It is a safe residential neighborhood with service facilities.

The residence, perfect for a couple, is on the first floor of a historic townhouse, on the city's main street and block. The house was recently renovated by the couple themselves, based on respect for its history, the imperfections of an ancestral handmade construction, associated with contemporary and comfortable living.

Relax in this unique and cozy place. We are 400 meters from Jabaquara Beach and 1,700 meters from the historic center. Share this tropical paradise with us. We are surrounded by nature, birds and sometimes we receive visits from wild animals. My husband and I live in the front house and the 2 studios are in the back. We are available for any requests and are far enough away to maintain your privacy. In the neighborhood, there is a market/bakery, bars and restaurants.
