Our family, friends and guests describe the place as paradisiacal. There are 5 suites with all comforts, air conditioning, TV, minibar, and we have a small boat for transfers. Other services will incur diesel expenses. Includes a sailor and a housekeeper. If you wish, we have an excellent cook, who has worked for the family for 30 years (payment separate from the house rent)

The best location of Paraty: this two-story house is on Rua do Fogo, the most charming in the Historic Center, next to the Church of Santa Rita, a postcard in the city. Only 50 mts. from the sea and parking areas in a quiet place close to the sights: boat pier, house of culture, restaurants, bars, shops, etc... Rua do Fogo is only 100 meters long and is one of the most photographed for its bucolic and magical environment. It accepts up to 3 small pets.
