Typical caiçara house, from stick to stick, with spectacular views. Close to rivers, waterfalls, beaches and trails. Two bedrooms, living room and balcony, with external kitchen and bathroom, asbestos-cement roof, fan, electric shower, two double beds and two single beds. Boat access not included via the quay of Paraty Old Town or Paraty-Mirim Beach. Approximately 200 meters access trail to the house up the hill. Not recommended for the elderly, children and the disabled.
