Tranquil b&b in new home overlooking forest.

In a new house located at the end of a private chemin in a chic quartier of Parentis en Born, 3kms from the centre of the town and lake, no shops or restaurants in the quartier. The house backs onto the forest with a small gate for access for dog walks and exploring. The area is very calm and the house is accessed through a large electric gate onto a large secure parking area. The accommodation is on the first floor and private from the main house. The entrance and foyer is a shared area.

Warm and peaceful, this lovely bedroom is situated in our family stone building. The street is quiet, bright and close to all the conveniences (shops, transport...) and of the historic district. My accommodation is in a great location, 500 m from the lake, 200 m from the golf course and 6 km from the ocean. It is a 25 m2 chalet with sitting area, TV and fridge. It also consists of a sleeping area with a 160 bed and premium bedding. You have completely independent access, with a private terrace. A common kitchen is also available to guests. This cabin is located near Biscarrosse's lake and golf course, it includes comfortable bedding, ideal for couples.

It is tastefully decorated, on the theme of the sea, with its own entrance opening onto the beautiful garden. Independent of the main house, you will be quiet, no disturbance except birdsong. Nice room in independent cabin (16 m2) with bathroom and dry toilet. Small fridge. Very comfortable bedding, supporting testimonials! Very quiet neighborhood (to be noted sometimes the singing of our neighbor's ducks). Bike paths 50 m away. 5 minutes by car from the market. Pyla's first beaches: 10 minutes drive. I propose you to prepare a full breakfast (10€/pers): hot drink, 1 fruit juice, 1 fruit, 1 pastries, 1/2 baguette, butter, jam.

Come and stay in this comfortable room of the "Villa the Paradise" ** * Rooms , for work, relaxation, tourism. The environment in Val de l 'Eyre is calm and the housing cocooning. Feel free to ask for sweet and/or savory breakfast with a small fee before your arrival 6 euros per person. Attention heated ⛔️ pool from the beginning of May until September, depending on the weather that we hope is favorable , very high heat pump cost.
