In a new house located at the end of a private chemin in a chic quartier of Parentis en Born, 3kms from the centre of the town and lake, no shops or restaurants in the quartier. The house backs onto the forest with a small gate for access for dog walks and exploring. The area is very calm and the house is accessed through a large electric gate onto a large secure parking area. The accommodation is on the first floor and private from the main house. The entrance and foyer is a shared area.

My accommodation is in a great location, 500 m from the lake, 200 m from the golf course and 6 km from the ocean. It is a 25 m2 chalet with sitting area, TV and fridge. Nice room in independent cabin (16 m2) with bathroom and dry toilet. Small fridge. Very comfortable bedding, supporting testimonials! Very quiet neighborhood (to be noted sometimes the singing of our neighbor's ducks). Bike paths 50 m away. 5 minutes by car from the market. Pyla's first beaches: 10 minutes drive. I propose you to prepare a full breakfast (10€/pers): hot drink, 1 fruit juice, 1 fruit, 1 pastries, 1/2 baguette, butter, jam.
