My place is close to the golden triangle (700 m from Place Gambetta), the Mériadeck shopping centre, line A of the tram (train station-airport), bike stations... Our accommodation is in a quiet area. It is pleasant, well-equipped, modern, connected and comfortable: you will like it! Your accommodation is suitable for business travellers, a couple with a maximum of 1 child, or 3 adults without children. It is classified as 4* furnished tourist accommodation.

The house is located in a very quiet cul-de-sac, a few steps from the Public Garden, right in the center. The house is arranged on 3 floors. Guests can enjoy a terrace with Jacuzzi (until 10pm maximum). Private parking on the ground floor that can accommodate several cars is available, by reservation only, at the rate of €15/day/car. The geographical location is ideal: you can discover most of the city on foot. Occupancy is 10 people maximum.

Within the Residence, you can relax enjoying one of the two pools ( an outdoor pool open from mid May to mid September and a second covered and heated, open from Easter to All Saints' Day). A bar/restaurant will welcome you for dining. During your stay in our villa (which is our main house), you can also share many sports or leisure activities.
