Bright & quiet with marvellous 3-summit-view!

My flat is ubicated in a quiet and modern, alpine residential area of Garmisch-Partenkirchen, close to the Historical Center, just on the bottom of the mountain Wank. A huge balcony is providing sun from early morning to sunset, if it is not snowing :-) You can start hiking tours directly from my home, find cute cafés and restaurants within 5min walking distance, as well as supermarkets, gas station and nice little shops. If you come for alpine skiing, Garmisch Classic is only 2 km away.

Fewo Waldeck am Fuß der Zugspitze, 1-Zi.-App.

Wir freuen uns Euch als Gäste in unserer 1-Zimmerwohnung am Waldrand begrüßen zu dürfen. Die kleine Wohnung Waldeck hat eine gut ausgestattete Küchenzeile, eine Essecke mit TV, ein 1,80 m breites Boxspringbett und eine Dusche mit WC. WLAN steht kostenfrei zur Verfügung. Der Hauseingang ist ebenerdig, dann geht man eine Treppe hinunter. Die Fewo, mit einer 18 qm großen Terrasse und Sitzmöbel, liegt dann auch ebenerdig, da unser Haus am Hang liegt. Die Kurtaxe kommt zum Endpreis noch dazu.

Am Fuße des Wank , ca. 48 m ² große, im Herzen von Partenkirchen gelegene Ferienwohnung mit Bergblick und Süd-Balkon. Die Wohnung befindet sich im 2. OG und ist neu und modern eingerichtet. Die Wohnung liegt direkt am Wald und man erreicht in 5 min den Wanderweg zur Tannenhütte (beliebte Hütte am Sonnenberg Wank). Die Lage ist ruhig, direkt am Berg. Man kann die Geschäfte in der Ludwigstraße nach kurzem Fußmarsch erreichen. Mit dem Rad ist man in 2 Minuten beim Bäcker bzw. Discounter.

Apartment Nowotschin

Cosy one-bedroom apartment on the first floor (one up from the ground floor) in a house located in a quiet street between the center of Garmisch and the Hausberg area. The flat has a north and a south balcony. Guests may make use of one underground parking space. Personal informations (name, adress, date of birth, etc.) have to be given for GaPa-Tourist office by us. Pets are very welcome, but dogs are not allowed to stay alone in the flat if they are barking.

Diese Altbauwohnung wurde von mir frisch und liebevoll renoviert und bietet einen unvergesslichen, unverbauten Ausblick mit Südbalkon. Ich bin mir sicher, Sie werden meine Heimat lieben wie ich. Wanderungen oder Radtouren können direkt vor der Haustür starten, und auch die Skipisten sind nur eine große Wiese entfernt. Die nächste Bushaltestelle ist nur ca. 200 m entfernt. Bei schlechtem Wetter gibt es einen großen Fernseher mit Netflix und schnelles WLAN.
