The Little House is perfect for a business traveler, couple or an adult & child for weekend tournaments. We live on the property in the main house coined the Brown House. You will have complete privacy, but you may see us around eating al fresco!

On the way to The Townsend, you'll pass roadside farmstands and open fields. This meticulously restored farmhouse, located on the Cohansey River, features waterfront views in every room in the house so you can unwind, reflect and enjoy the company of family and friends. Outside you'll find a fire pit, hot tub and large field, perfect for outdoor activities. A quick 3 mile drive takes you to the historic town of Greenwich. This property offers direct backyard Mullica River access for swimming, fishing, kayaking, canoeing. There are kayaks and a canoe on site available for guest use. We are between Philadelphia and AC (within 15-20 minutes from Vineland, Millville, and Glassboro), but in the tranquility of the NJ pinelands. Malaga Lake and nature reserves are only 1 mile away. In the heart of NJ wine country, so we are close to wineries and breweries as well. Ideal for Rowan students and faculty. If you're lucky, you'll also see wildlife on our half acre property!
