Brian was a great host, he was flexible and quick to respond. The home was nice and comfortable. There was a small issue with one of the bathrooms but no big deal. I brought to his attention just for awareness and he was apologetic. We enjoyed the home. I cook alot and the kitchen had what i needed except for things to use in oven and kitchen towels but otherwise well stocked. Great stay

The rustic retreat was a cozy vintage inspired house that felt very homey. It was 5 minutes from great coffee shops and downtown Newport. It was great to be able to bring our dog. My daughter loved the secret bamboo garden ‘room’. Would definitely stay again. Lillian was very hospitable! Thank you!

Tom was super responsive and the place was perfect for us and our dogs during a weekend agility trial. Close to a lovely grocery store, food, and gas. The neighborhood was also quiet and the view by the water was such a treat. We'd happily stay here again!

We loved this Airbnb! It was perfect for our family of 4 adults and 2 children. One of the bedrooms had lots of books which the kids loved. The kitchen had almost everything you’d need to make meals. We made quite a few! The record player is great. The couch is so comfy. We would totally stay here again!

Could not have been happier with our weekend stay. The home was perfect for our two families with young children. There was plenty of space for everyone, everything was very clean and the bathrooms and kitchen were stocked with everything we needed. Lots of added touches. Mark was extremely responsive and any question or request that I made. Excellent to communicate with. We very much enjoyed using the backyard patio and his lobster pot with propane gas fuel for boiling our delicious Maine lobsters which we picked up just around the corner. Location was ideal for walking to restaurants and beautiful residential areas in the charming neighborhood. If you items need repair in the house, and general could use a little updating with linens, mattresses, and lighting. But for host, responsiveness, ideal, location, and backyard dining, you couldn’t ask for anything better.

Absolutely LOVE staying at Anna’s home that she graciously shares! Her home is like coming to your favorite aunts house while she is out of town and you just get to chill out and enjoy the area!! Quiet and peaceful, yet close enough to what I’ll call the “mall area” that has everything usually around a mall. Definitely check out The Head Landing Country Store for their coffee and DELICIOUS home baked goodies!!!

We filled Shael's place with family for the weekend wedding of our granddaughter, and it was perfect. The wedding and reception were less than 10 minutes away and Bristol is a great little town. We weren't able to enjoy the pool due to the weather but it was beautiful, as was the whole huge house.

Our host was welcoming and responsive. The accommodations were minimalist with a comfortable flair. The host provided games and a record player!! We had so much fun. Watching the wildlife in the adjacent and peaceful wetland was the highlight of our trip. Thank you!

This is a fascinating carriage house with amazing decor and furniture that is a refreshing change from the particle board we've seen elsewhere (including our own house! ). We love getting to walk over to the Roger Williams Park so easily. The compact but complete kitchen and full sized fridge made it easy to cook for ourselves whenever we wanted. Lots of attention to detail by these hosts!

Sara's place was fantastic! Perfect for our group running a local race. Walkable to Easton's Beach and restaurants in Middletown. the place is extremely comfortable and had everything we needed. Sara was excellent: very responsive and accommodating - I would definitely stay here again!

What a gem!!! We loved waking up to seeing horses from the bedroom, feeding the cows, walking the property, and hanging on the porch. This is the most peaceful and unique Airbnb we’ve stayed at. Cristyn is also super fast and helpful. Can’t wait to come back.

We loved Kyle’s place. It was cozy, comfortable beds, gas cook top, a fire pit, a pool (not open yet as it’s April), and plenty of room for my 3 boys to run around and make memories. The commuter train is super close but it was kinda fun to watch it and it didn’t disturb our sleep at all. Close to Jamestown and Wickford for water views, quaint towns and either hiking or shopping. A small park with lots of hiking right down the street (walking distance). 20 minutes to open ocean in Narragansett or 25 to Other beaches. With being at the end of the dead end street and surrounded by woods it’s a middle of nowhere type feel and lots of birds to watch and peaceful to sit by the fire or on the deck.

We stayed a week while attending two local weddings. The house is centrally located and has easy access to a lot of the local beaches, markets, etc. We discovered a farm stand market right in the area (open Wednesday and weekend during our stay) with great produce and tasty baked goods supplied by a local baker. The second floor lounge is a fantastic space in which to relax or play ping pong.

The location is great and the place was clean. Mitchell was very communicative.

The place was great. Very charming house with plenty of room. Very easy to find as well. Roland was great. Super responsive and flexible!! If I make it to Middletown again I’ll stay here again for sure!

If you are looking to stay in the Massachusetts area I 100% recommended this Airbnb. It’s such a cute and quiet little neighborhood and the Airbnb itself was wonderful. Everything was very clean, and I felt right at home. Also super close by to convenience stores, grocery stores and restaurants which is another plus! Ryan was a fabulous host, very responsive and so kind. Whenever I come back to Massachusetts I will definetly rent again!

We had a weekend wedding in Newport & decided to extend for a family vacation. We had a wonderful stay at Sarah’s place. It was a quick walk to beach, some restaurants & the cliff walk. Cheery place & Nice neighborhood. Rooms were very spacious. Yard & deck were a bonus. Allowing us to bring our dog was a huge help & added to the joy of our family time together. Overall, it was a great place for us to hang together & take advantage of all Newport has to offer. Sarah was extremely responsive & timely and a pleasure to work with. Sherwood cottage #1 was perfect for our long weekend trip! We were in town for the Newport half marathon and the house was a short distance from the race start at Easton’s beach which was perfect. It’s also very close to downtown Newport where all the restaurants are located. Josh and Shannon were very responsive leading up to the trip and the check-in instructions were very clear and easy to follow. The house was exactly like the photos and very clean. We appreciated the ice cream treats they provided in the freezer 😊

David’s home is cozy and welcoming — it truly feels like you’re at home. He has kept the property very clean, and it’s also extremely dog-friendly. Thanks to the fence and spacious yard, our dog felt right at home too! Thank you, David — we truly appreciate your hospitality.

We loved this place, this apartment is just like the photos, it’s beautiful and very comfortable. Check in was pretty easy, and it has a good location we were able to find it without any issues. Everything is clean. It’s just a 100/100.
