My partner and I thought of this house as a quiet place to live, with light and soft colors and materials, where family, friends, colleagues can recharge their batteries. Welcome!

Quiet area 7 minutes by car from the train station, 5 minutes from the city center, 5 minutes from the Beaulieu shopping center. The studio is equipped with a large shower, TV, Tassimo, kettle, hob, microwave oven... It also has a small exterior of about 10 m2. Non-smoking studio, and not made to party with others! We ask you to empty the garbage, fold the BZ sofa, and put the sheets on the coffee table, without forgetting to make it clean!
