Our unique former water reserve in the grounds of our C18 wine chateau has been lovingly transformed into a 32m2 off-grid bed and breakfast suite with a king bed, shower room/toilet, private terrace and equipped outdoor kitchen. Guests can enjoy all of our other facilities including our stunning heated pool and grounds. Not suitable for children, pets or those with reduced mobility.

Welcome to “L’Annicha”, our home in the picturesque Quercy region of France where you will get away from the hectic day-to-day in a serene and authentic setting. The Loft (*** 64 m2 apartment for 2 people) is on the first floor of the barn with a mesmerising view of the valley in front. It has been newly renovated and is very spacious thanks to its lofty concept. Apart from the kitchen, dining and living space, a king-size bed and a bathroom, in summer you enjoy a yard and the lap pool.

In a village house dating from the late 18th century, a charming little independent suite opening onto an enclosed garden facing the Garonne river. Breakfasts are included and served to you. From May the garden becomes lush and offers a sweet scent of flowers; wisteria, roses, jasmine, iris... We share our garden as well as the small pool (3.10 m x 2 m, 50 cm from the ground and 1.20 deep). 20/25 minutes from Bordeaux, 1 hour from Arcachon, 45 minutes from St Emillion.

The cabin on the lake is located in our 3 ha property. Located on the 6000 m2 lake, it will welcome you in an atypical place for relaxation and an unforgettable stay. Our site is dedicated to eco-tourism, no noise pollution, surrounded by forests and 15 minutes from Sarlat and the main tourist places of the Périgord Noir. The lake house has its own kitchen, an outdoor shower with hot water and a dry toilet. The pull-out bed offers 2 beds of 90 x 190.

The land is 2.5 ha with a large shaded park. The pool is a 13-meter by 3-meter swimming lane.
