Charming little studio house.

Come and enjoy the calm of the Limousin countryside in a pleasant little studio house. The accommodation includes a kitchenette, shower room, room with a 140 bed and dining area. The small house is heated with a wood burning stove. Guests can relax on the terrace. The property has a large garden. The house is 12 km from the A20 highway and 30 minutes from Limoges. For two-wheeled travelers (bicycles, motorcycles) I have a barn to shelter them.

A cozy living area features exposed stone walls and a high ceiling, complemented by a wood-burning stove. A comfortable sofa and an armchair create a relaxed seating arrangement. Natural light filters in through a window, with a small bookshelf and a television creating an inviting atmosphere.

Secluded and quiet, it does not give an impression of isolation by the presence of two or three vacation homes in the locality and the proximity of the hamlet "Le Roux".
