Located in Plouégat-Guerand between the bay of Morlaix in Finistère, the Pink Granite coast in the Côtes d'Armor, and the well-known Ploumanac'h, enjoy a breath of fresh air in the countryside, in this independent gîte full of character. Quiet, 6 minutes from the beaches of Locquirec and Plestin-les-Grèves. Private space in the house with living room, small kitchen, bedroom and bathroom. Over 1,000 comics of all kinds (complete series) are available in the private living room.

Duplex, exceptional sea view

For rent, 67 m² duplex with exceptional sea views, close to the beaches, on the 7th and 8th floors of a 20th century heritage-listed building (with elevator). In bedroom 2, I can separate the 160 bed frame into two 80 beds if needed. You will enjoy the magical sunsets on the terrace. In July and August I ask for check-in after 4:00 p.m. and checkout at 10:00 a.m., for other periods I can be more flexible if the apartment is not rented before or after.

The apartment is on the 1st floor of a new residence (July 2019), with stunning sea views. It has an area of 50 m2 and consists of: - a bedroom - shower room with toilet - a fitted kitchen - a living room with TV - a parking space - a balcony to enjoy the view. Facing south, overlooking the harbor, on the first floor, the rental consists of a 40 m2 studio, comprising a sitting area, integrated and equipped kitchen area, 1 bed for 2 people and a sofa bed. Isolated shower room area with separate toilet. Very quiet, it is located on a road prohibited to traffic.
