Located a short distance off I77 on a main two lane road-mostly quiet, peaceful, welcoming. Upon arrival we had difficulty with the door code but within a few minutes a wonderful gentleman stopped & provided assistance. The house was spacious, with exceptional amenities. This is a multi-story home with many stairs to the basement for the laundry & many stairs to the bedrooms on the 2nd floor-I have some physical limitations but had minimal difficulties getting around. The porch swing was my favorite place-a soft breeze with the setting sun was as relaxing as an early morning swing with my coffee. Our grandsons utilized the pond; caught at least a dozen fish each with just an artificial worm. Great location for visiting the Cleveland Guardians/Cavs (+-1hr), Greek Import store and Greek Restaurant 'Athens' in Akron, & the Amish/Mennonite farms within 15mi radius. Neighbors are friendly, area is safe. We would definitely recommend this property.

This house was perfect for a quick getaway to the Football HOF! We were going to stay in a hotel and booked this house the day off, since we changed our minds! We were a family of 5, 2 adults 3 kids (12,14,17) the boys comfortably slept on the couch and our daughter was able to have her own room. The beds were amazingly comfortable only suggestion is bring your own pillows, they are thin. There were extra pillows in the closet, but we need to give them to the boys sleeping on the couch. The kitchen was perfect, ac and heat worked great (we used both). The house was a great location to the HOF and some great places to eat. It was a rainy weekend but it was a 20 min drive to a Top Golf and we also had options of movies, skating, laser tag extremely close by. The family was able to hang out in the living room and play family game night and cook a full breakfast in the kitchen with everything provided! Will 100% stay again if we are in the area!

Great place to stay especially for a couple get away! Place conveniently located to shopping and restaurants

As described. The main bathroom in the home with the shower and tub is just gorgeous . One of the best showers I’ve had as the showerhead was right above you. My wife enjoyed the oversized tub. The 1/2 bath room on the first floor off the kitchen was very nice as well. We were a group of six bike riders and we were able to lock our bikes in the garage, which was nice. The kitchen was beautifully remodeled and modern, as well as many of the features in the home. Michael had a interesting picture booklet on the coffee table that showed the progress of the home. They had purchased it when it was just a shell. It appears that they have totally redone the drywall and the electrical Bedrooms one and two were well outfitted but the third bedroom only had a futon which was not wide enough for two adults to sleep on so accommodations for six adults is pushing it with the current set up . We would stay here again. Michael was always responsive
