Accommodation was completely renovated in 2023/2024. The tiled stove has remained and is my personal highlight, the small but nice balcony with awning also invites you to linger. My apartment is located in Karlsfeld in the north of Munich. It is very nice and is equipped with Internet Wi-Fi. It is absolutely quiet, in very good surroundings, on the 2nd floor, without an elevator. Supermarket, pharmacy, bakery, butcher, restaurants, cafes, beer garden, pizzeria, McDonald's, tennis court, swimming lake within walking distance. Good parking options. Bus: 100 m (10 min ride to the S-Bahn) S-Bahn train: in 20 minutes in the center of Munich.

Take some time out and spend a nice holiday at the Ammersee and in the 5 lakes region or stay in the Starnberg area for business purposes. Book our new 3 room flat (89sqm) with fully furnished and new high quality fitted kitchen. From the balcony you have an indirect view of the Ammersee and in only 4 minutes on foot you are already at the longest lake promenade in Germany.
