My dogs and I lived here for 2.5 months and had a great time. The apartment was in a great location, clean, and found everything you need. Miro is a nice host who was easy and straightforward to communicate with. We'll definitely be back if we travel again in this area! 😊

Lovely place to stay in Munich. We were able to walk through parkland or along the water to everywhere we wanted to go. Place was clean and well-appointed with everything we needed, including washer/dryer and kitchen. Very responsive and helpful host.

Karl is a friendly and kind man and his Gasthof is wonderful! We loved the balcony and the peaceful backyard view. Laaber is a lovely old German village and we hope to visit again. It’s a great launch point to visit many cities like Regensburg/Nuremburg/Munich. Also they have a pastry shop and restaurant below the residence but it is only open on weekends for now. Locals told me great things about it and I hope to stay again when it is open so I can try the Konditorei!! Thanks for everything Karl!!

Everything perfect, view, amenities, ambiance, everything was great. Ursula was very friendly and attentive. Absolutely recommended.

We immediately felt welcome at Sabine's farm. She gave us many tips for the area directly upon arrival and showed us the apartment. A fire in the stove was already prepared so we could arrive and relax right away. Communication was always possible without problems and the sauna, as well as the massage, were the icing on the cake during our stay. If we need a few days off from everyday life again, we would come back any time!

We spent Xmas and New Year at this house. Cornelia is such a great host. The house has everything we needed for our family! It was an amazing experience!

The place was a dream! We were there over New Year's Eve, 4 adults with 3 children and a toddler, and complete equipment was also available for our youngest and everything was childproof. The apartment is beautifully decorated, everything very neat and clean. You'll find everything you need. Martin was a friendly and helpful host, we felt very comfortable and can only recommend it.

The House is located right next to a small lake with very beautiful scenary. Quite place. The house is very clean, with all kitchen ware availible. Most surprisingly the welcome bread and fruit from Fabian, who is a very nice landlord. We will visit again next year!

Had a great stay here. Really enjoyed: - Large balcony (looks out into a courtyard) - Blackout blinds - Well stocked kitchen, extensive tea selection - Surprisingly comfortable sofa bed - Elevator - Washer/dryer - Beer hall across the street and cute restaurant next door - 7 min walk to Ubahn station - Easy 20 minute walk to Marienplatz Would recommend!

Super host! I had an early flight in and a late flight out and Florian was kind enough to accommodate both an early check-in and a late check-out. He was very responsive when I needed extra supplies, as well. Florian has done a great job with the space! It's a beautiful apartment right in the heart of Freising and within a 5-8-minute walk to both the bus and train stations. There is a bus stop right next to the building for a local bus line that will drop you right at the station as well. The farmer's market, also right outside the building, on Wednesday mornings, was a nice addition. The neighbors were extremely friendly and welcoming! A great stay altogether.

Simply great! Everything worked out great – totally nice hosts, mega friendly and always available. The communication was great from the beginning and very relaxed. We got great recommendations for places to eat nearby. The place is very nice, exactly as described and super located. We would book again immediately! We had a great week at the Bühlhof. The farm is very nice and cozy, the animals were the highlight for the kids - and we adults were able to relax superbly. We thought the location was pretty good because you can easily reach many exciting places. Kim's tips, which can also be found in the guestbook, were definitely worth a visit. The apartment itself is one of the best Airbnbs we've been to so far. It is cozy and nicely decorated, the beds are comfortable, the fireplace creates a great atmosphere. It was all sparkling clean and Kim thought of so many details - I only had to bring half of what I usually bring to other vacation rentals. In the kitchen there is really everything, utensils anyway, but also oil/vinegar/spices plus coffee and tea. The bathroom also lacks nothing (my daughter loved the hair care). A little surprise was waiting on every bed. We absolutely recommend the apartment.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The location is ideal for daytrips to Munich or the region south of Munich towards the Alps. A very important feature was the very comfortable bed !

It was all as described in the offer, also the reviews of other guests before us were very accurate!!! The only minor point of criticism, which was already mentioned by other guests, was the rather shaky, not child-friendly bar stools in the kitchen. Otherwise everything was as described and fine, the place is definitely recommended!!!

An amazing place that is an experience in itself! We loved the vibe and history it oozes! The creaky floor upstairs only adds to it! The location is perfect with everything around the corner. We also loved that the kitchen was fully equipped and the authentic plates and cups in the cupboard! Definitely recommend!
