One out of our five delicately renovated apartments located on the second floor of a charming, characterful farmhouse. It is one of the oldest buildings of a cosy little village in the Valle d’Isarco in Northern Italy. We find ourselves right in the center of sun-blessed South Tyrol, on a hilltop at the entrance of the Gardena and Funes valleys. Close to the dolomites mountains but not far away from the popular towns of Bolzano and Bressanone it is an ideal starting point to explore the region.

L'appartamento è nella zona adiacente al centro ed è vicino la stazione sciistica “ Montecavallo”. In estate ci sono percorsi da jogging, parco giochi, palestra, piscina/sauna, campo da tennis campo da calcio, stadio da hockey, skatepark Distanze a piedi: 2 min. Poli supermercato 5 minuti autostrada 2 minuti fermata del bus 5 min.: centro storico con tradizionale mercatino di Natale, ristoranti e negozi 10 min.: area sci e trekking Monte Cavallo con pista da slittino più lunga d'Italia

Die 34 qm große Wohnung besteht aus einem Eingangsbereich, einem Wohnbereich /Essbereich mit einer Schlafcouch, einem Schlafzimmer mit einem Doppelbett, einer Küche und einem Badezimmer mit Bidet. All restaurants, bars and public transportation are within walking distance. 8 minutes walk to the train station. The Bolzano Card is includes free public transportation and the cable car to Renon. For travelers in July and August: NO Aircondition. We provide a fan though. Best WiFi in town: 1.000 Mbps.
