Open-space design apt in a historic farmhouse

One out of our five delicately renovated apartments located on the second floor of a charming, characterful farmhouse. It is one of the oldest buildings of a cosy little village in the Valle d’Isarco in Northern Italy. We find ourselves right in the center of sun-blessed South Tyrol, on a hilltop at the entrance of the Gardena and Funes valleys. Close to the dolomites mountains but not far away from the popular towns of Bolzano and Bressanone it is an ideal starting point to explore the region.

Entertainment Parks, wie auf vielen Gipfeln unserer Berge und Apreski gibt es nicht. Wir haben keine Playstation aber wir haben den Wald als wohl größter, vielseitigster und kreativster Spielplatz den es gibt für jung bis alt hinterm Haus.

Una mansarda, all’interno di un fienile seicentesco a 1500 mt, affacciata sulle montagne e ristrutturata nel 2023 con legni antichi e pietre locali. L’appartamento si compone di una zona pranzo con cucina attrezzata, oltre ad un grande soggiorno con camino e ampio divano-letto, un comodo bagno con doccia ed un “rifugio” con 2 ulteriori posti letto. Haus Lärchensteig (2 Wohnungen+Loftspace)

Das Haus wurde von uns mit ortstypischen Materialien liebevoll umgebaut und renoviert. Wir vermieten es an Gruppen und Familien oder nutzen es selbst als Ferienhaus. Es liegt idyllisch auf 1430m inmitten von Wiesen und landwirtschaftlichen Flächen und ist umgeben von der atemberaubenden Kulisse der 3000er des Alpenhauptkammes. Zum Dorf St. Jakob mit Gasthöfen und Kaufladen sind es nur 10 Gehminuten. Das Haus ist auch im Winter auf dem regelmäßig geräumten Fahrweg sehr gut zu erreichen.

Ein ganzes Haus mit Sauna und Outdoor Whirlpool für Sie allein. Das Haus befindet sich hoch über Brixen auf 1450 m.ü.M. in ruhiger Alleinlage. Vom Haus aus haben Sie einen atemberaubenden Blick auf die wunderschöne Bergwelt Südtirols. Auf etwa 220 m² Wohnfläche finden Sie neben einem Kaminofen alles, was Sie für einen komfortablen Urlaub benötigen. Es bietet Platz für bis zu 8 Personen. Zum Haus gehört ein Nebengebäude mit Wellness-bereich mit finnischer Sauna und Outdoor Whirlpool.

Wir vermieten unser Blockhaus in sehr ruhiger Lage mit herrlicher Aussicht und äußerst gemütlicher Atmosphäre. Es wurde liebevoll renoviert. Unseren Gästen steht zur Verfügung: großes Wohnzimmer, neue Küche, sonniger Wintergarten, Schlafzimmer, kleines Schlafzimmer, Vorraum, Badezimmer, WC. Weiters: große Terrasse und großer, zu benützender Garten . Eigener Parkplatz. Wir informieren unsere Gäste selbstverständlich gerne und stehen meist persönlich zur Verfügung.

The 2-storey property consists of a living room, a fully-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 8 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi with a dedicated workspace for home office, a washing machine as well as a TV. In addition, a private sauna is available for your use.
