The University of Applied Sciences BUSINESS School is a 36-minute walk or 17 minutes by bus line 5. Helios Klinikum: 18 min on foot, 15 min by bus, 5 min by car. The city theater is within a 3-minute walk. The Black Forest begins almost right outside the front door.
