Laura was a very kind host. She was at the house following our call for arrival. The apartment is beautiful, new, very clean, comfortable, cool, tastefully furnished, with two bedrooms and private parking. The sea 700 meters away can be reached on foot and the most beautiful beaches (Riserva Vendicari loc. San Lorenzo best traversa III) 15 minutes away by car, great point to visit KNOWN, AVOLA, MODICA...Our Diesel(🐕) was welcomed with pleasure. It was a really positive experience, thank you Laura.

We had a good stay at this clean and private place. We had to contact the host several times during our stay due to late check in, accidentally unpaid motorway toll etc. Giuseppe responded promptly and went extra mile to help. Many thanks!

A lovely week made for this beautiful house and the location. The house is about a hundred meters from the beach, a beach that is uncrowded thanks to the inability to park and crystal clear sea that made everything a real relaxation. The house is also very comfortable. Clean, well maintained and equipped with any comfort, from the hair dryer to all kinds of utensils and appliances in the kitchen. The owners then top it off. Super helpful, they pampered us from a distance making us find fruit, wine and welcome cookies and other sweet surprises. A 360° experience of Sicily! Thank you very much

We stayed here as a family over the Easter days. 2 adults and 2 children and really very very happy here. Can highly recommend both couples and families. The proximity to the beach made it perfect for us. We love waking up to sea views. In 1 minute you can walk to a really beautiful beach. All surrounding places and beaches were also easily accessible. It is super quiet, not touristy and somehow magical here. The property itself had everything you need. It was well equipped with everything you need and very comfortable beds. We didn't miss anything and the house was just beautiful. A lot of attention to detail, pure feel-good atmosphere! You can have breakfast and dinner both outside on the terrace overlooking the sea and shaded in the courtyard. There are plenty of chairs and tables. :) There are no shopping opportunities in the village itself - but supermarkets can be reached in about 5 minutes by car, e.g. in Noto.
