Lovely little independent house with a terrace. Ideally located between the Ardèche, the Vaucluse, the Gard and the Drome in Pierrelatte close to the TRICASTIN site (about 5 minutes). Up to 4 guests with a queen bed 160 cm in a bedroom and a 140 cm sofa bed in the living room. Please note: the staircase is narrow and it is not possible to climb too large suitcases upstairs. Bed linen and towels are included. Cleaning is not included and will need to be done.

The house is located among the pines, it is totally independent and reserved for our guests as well as the small garden and parking. It is 2 km from the village of St Marcel d'Ardèche, land of art and history: Medieval villages, crocodile farm, Gorges de l'Ardèche, Caverne du Pont d'Arc or Chauvet Cave or Viarhôna. Not far from Orange, Avignon, Vaison-la-Romaine, Pont du Gard or Nîmes. We are very close to many festivals.
