This has been our occasional rest retreat and now we're starting to rent it out for the first time, after renovating it. It is in one of the historic apartment developments of Costa Adeje, where those of us from here spent our summers. Now it looks modern and comfortable, in a quiet immediate environment. WiFi Internet, TV, two swimming pools (one exclusively for young children) and right outside your door, three beaches and the promenade 3 minutes away. You can telework from the terrace or inside. Peace reigns here.

You will be in the centre of popular area so prepare for sea breeze walks and sunsets. Only suits couples but we would accommodate extra beds for 2 kids. Not suitable for 4 adults. Beautiful modern house! 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, one WC, very big terrace with private heated pool and gardens, magnificent views to the ocean. It is situated just in 7 min walking from the famous Siam Park and a new shopping center Siam Mall. The heating of the swimming pool is 150 euros per a week.
