It is in one of the historic apartment developments of Costa Adeje, where those of us from here spent our summers. Now it looks modern and comfortable, in a quiet immediate environment. WiFi Internet, TV, two swimming pools (one exclusively for young children) and right outside your door, three beaches and the promenade 3 minutes away. You can telework from the terrace or inside. All the facilities as bar, restaurants, supermarket, hairdresser, rent a car, discos... are at only 30/200 meters of the complex. Reception 24h and tennis. Las Vistas Beach and Los Cristianos Beach are a 10-minute walk away. All major amenities within a 5-minute walk.

Bright,serene, spacious... a space where time seems another, slower. Enjoy the sun and shade, work with the open house, immerse ourselves in the water, eat and dine outdoors, read, play, walk the beach, cook without a rush... the good life. As an architect, after many renovations, I know that light and space are the real luxury. A main space that opens completely to the terrace facing the sea, towards the sunset, in a very quiet environment.
